Job Description
TPM will work side by side with our business POs and our PMO organization to support Data Requirements, cross platform solutioning, integration with Snowflake and migration needs into our SF CRM. This is an area that is requiring a lot of support immediately within our PMO team as we get closer to migration and being in a place where we have both BAU and New platforms needing to provide data to support business analytics. CRM Analytics strongly desired.
- Maintain open dialogue with stakeholders to document requirements, pain-points, issues, strategic initiatives, etc.
- Draft project plans, roadmaps, and milestones based on strategic directives.
- Perform discovery work on data sources, data objects (tables), data fields, dependencies, data flows, etc.
- As needed, assemble core project team with needed expertise across analytics engineering, data science, and automation specialties.
- Manage task delegation, oversight, and status reporting.
- Champion change management and provide continuous communication.
Key skills and familiarity:
- Analytics Fluency: Fundamental grasp of BI tools, data pipelines, modeling, AI and their interplay ensures data-driven projects align to strategic priorities.
- Back-End Development: Familiarity with databases, cloud infrastructure and automation assists oversight of engineering output quality.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation abilities.
- Technical understanding of Salesforce and CRM Analytics more specifically.
