Role Description
...Resale Consultant will work with clients to perform market analysis property valuation and negotiate/execute sales listings and purchases. They will be responsible for regular client communication managing showings and attending closings. The Resale Consultant will also develop a client database through networking referrals and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
- UAE Drivers License and own vehicle
- Ability to speak English fluently other languages are a plus
