Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions to enhance their experience
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in service delivery
- Create and maintain client support documentation and resources for internal and external use
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and procedures
