Develop and Maintain a Courteous and Professional Relationship with the Guest.
Handle Guest Complaints and Ensure Response is Given within the Decided Timeframe.
Guide Technicians to Acquire a thorough Comprehension of the Guest Needs, Mistakes and Misunderstanding to be Eliminated.
Must be the Documents and System Reflect Accurate on the Branch.
Prepare the Weekly Report such as Skills Report, Staff Improvement, Sales (Products/Service) and Maintenance.
