Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Management:

    • Coordinate and monitor shipments ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulations.
    • Collaborate with suppliers freight forwarders and internal teams to optimize logistical processes.
    • Track inventory levels and assist in managing stock levels to meet demand.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Handle administrative tasks to support various departments within the organization.
    • Maintain accurate records of shipments invoices and other relevant documentation.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Language Skills:

    • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Education and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in commerce international trade or a related field.
    • Proven success in a similar logistics or administrative position.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
  • Communication:

    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Problem Solving:

    • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve logistical and administrative challenges.
  • Attention to Detail:

    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Adaptability:

    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
