VP of Monetization is responsible for monetizing our products i.e. payment MARKETPLACE and increasing revenue per user. You will drive Existing and upcoming products as well as upsell extra features to existing & new clients. Generating New revenue streams to nonexisting clients to get additional products. Design our multiyear strategy by generating competitive and market insights developing a strategic perspective on how to address market opportunities and driving internal alignment on strategy leading to execution and activation in the market. VP of Monetization will work broadly across the company and division with Teams including engineering sales business development legal marketing and product to establish and execute our strategy.
In addition you will lead a team of Country managers for Fintech E com and monetization enabling product strategies and capabilities across all aspects of the business. You will be responsible for developing and driving market strategy for innovative products and services to support scaling for significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Drive the monetization strategy for each of the products (Payment Ecom and LMS) and sales segments.
Setting and delivering against a multiyear revenue plan.
Partner with Leaders from Sales Product Management Engineering and Marketing.
evolve the new revenue stream of Product services (NRSPS) to accelerate growth.
Partner with PMM Sales Ops and Systems to develop GTM and implementation plans to support the global rollout of the New Revenue stream of Product and Services
Identify possible acquisitions to Enhance the New revenue stream of Product and Services (NRSPS) monetization in existing & new Markets.
Evolve the next generation of Classera revenue and new revenue will be brought to market and monetized.
Build analytical models to inform size and influence pricing strategy.
Develop business cases to align senior execs on key monetization decisions.
Develop process foundations to improve price governance execution market validation & decision making
Measure and track monetization performance to enable continuous improvements to increase penetration level.
Lead training on advanced pricing research methods and analysis
Identification of lucrative partnerships that can enhance monetization in our existing & new market
Contribute to a culture of innovation excellence inclusion and customercentricity.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelors degree is required Masters degree will be preferred
10 years of experience in deal strategy sales or customer negotiation roles
Prior experience in building new revenue streams will be highly advantageous
Thorough understanding of all industrystandard and nonstandard software selling models including SaaS perpetual ondemand Technology
Experience working with remote sales and business partner teams
Deep understanding of revenue recognition requirements
Expertise in driving organizations toward greater effectiveness and efficiency
Superior contract negotiation skills. Strong abstract thinker able to apply complex concepts across a variety of situations
Proven project management experience; successfully leading and completing projects in multiple markets
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate information across teams roles and levels.
Experience working with companies that have public cloud hybrid cloud and onpremises deployment options
Articulate and persuasive written verbal and presentation skills.
An ability to function both independently and in a team environment and communicate effectively with key stakeholders. Eagerness to join a lean team has high impact.
