Job Description
- Derive Guidance and Control requirements and specifications
- Modelling and Simulation of PGM, missile, and UAV flight dynamics behaviour
- Design and implementation of Guidance and Control algorithms
- Design and implementation of Optimal Estimator algorithms for target tracking
- Lab testing and performance verification (algorithms-in-the-loop, software-in-the loop simulations)
- Participate in planning, execution and post processing of modelling and simulation activities, hardware-in-the-loop tests, flight test activities (including pre-flight preparation to post-flight analysis) and other analysis methods
- Stay current on advances in technologies that may provide opportunities to a project or broader company objectives
- Act as the technical mentor for engineers, guiding and developing their problem-solving capability and coaching and mentoring them while they execute tasks of increasing complexity
