Junior Data Analyst

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining data models, algorithms, and analytical tools to support business objectives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to answer specific business questions and address challenges.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
• Support the implementation and optimization of data analytics processes and tools.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance data analysis skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience or coursework in data analysis, statistics, or quantitative research.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
