Technical Manager -operations

Develop and implement strategies for new products and services. Provide technical support to sales to close new business deals. Maintain business databases in CRM and review reports at regular intervals and take actions as appropriate. Improve production efficiencies and reliability of output. Organizational Responsibilities Mentor & manage key technical staff and ensure well trained technical manpower. Oversee the Service and Assembly functions, set personnel performance targets, conduct staff appraisals, and propose training programs Develop/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Service and Assembly operations. Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and quality standards. Review the quality objectives with actual performance. Ensure the existence of adequate Safety and Security systems, procedure and conduct regular reviews
