Responsibilities
Corporate Governance Strategy:
• Develop the organization's corporate governance framework, policies, and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, privacy laws and industry standards.
• Provide strategic direction and advice on corporate governance risks and opportunities, international regulations, and best practices.
• Champion ethical principles for G42, promoting transparency, fairness and accountability in decision-making and corporate operations.
• Identify and implement auditable mechanisms across the G42 Group to measure performance KPIs such as accuracy, risk, societal impact and responsible AI.
