Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the blockchain or technology industry
- Experience using various recruitment channels and tools to attract qualified candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
