Job Description
Must Haves:
- 4 + years of experience, manager isnt looking for someone Junior
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft office suite
- Outlook, Windows 7&10, O365
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, taking tickets from organizations of 500+ employees
- Understanding and ability to navigate ticketing systems
Plusses:
- Background in customer service/client facing environment
- Experience communicating with upper management/C-level executives
- IT admin in previous role
- Security experience troubleshooting firewalls
