Job Description

- Design and implement a comprehensive IAM and PAM program that meets the organization's requirements and complies with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the program to ensure that it is working as intended.
- Ensure that the program is designed to minimize the risk of unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive PAM policy that ensures that all users, devices, and applications are appropriately protected.
- Provide training and support to users to help them understand and adhere to IAM and PAM policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program to identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes.
What you will need to succeed:
- 10+ years of IT Security Experience, at least 8+ years working in IAM and PAM
- Scripting and development skills (Java, BASH, Perl or Python)
- Certified in any relevant security certifications (preferred)
- Vendor certifications (ideal)
