- Proficient in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep
- Developing dashboards, managing data migration, (and integrating Tableau extensions.)
- Experience with Power BI.
- High-level competency in Excel, including proficiency in macros and pivot tables.
- Solid understanding of SQL, PYTHON, data modeling, and normalization.
Accountabilities:
- Participating and contributing to various performance review forums.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of ES data, trends, and outcomes.
- Utilize analytical tools to derive actionable insights and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Data collection, analysis, interpretation, and inference generation
