Key Responsibilities
• Adhere to company Health & Safety procedures at all times, being responsible for your own health & safety and that of others, ensuring fire precautions and emergency procedures are carried out as defined.
• Ensure operations areas are operated to maximum efficiency to reduce waiting times for our guests.
• Handle cash, card and voucher transactions carefully, following defined procedures.
• Provide the highest standard of guest service, by ensuring every guest to The National Aquarium is treated in a friendly and helpful manner.
