Financial Analyst

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to evaluate project returns, considering key variables such as energy production, revenue streams, operating expenses, tax incentives, and financing costs.
• Collect, validate, and organize financial data from various sources. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Evaluate new project investments using financial models. Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and competitors.

Work collaboratively with the risk management team to incorporate risk factors and mitigation strategies into financial models, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of project viability.

• Generate financial reports and communicate insights.
• Apply DCF methodologies to determine the present value of future cash flows, enabling accurate assessment of NPV and investment attractiveness.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models. Perform sensitivity analyses on financial models. Incorporate risk factors into financial models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• 6-8 years of experience as a financial analyst, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Proficient in financial software and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of renewable energy markets and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
