Wireline Operator Open Hole

Job Description:

Collaborating with product management, engineering and other designers to help define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, experience, and visuals

– Manage relationships with global business partners, brainstorm and create concepts which form the user experiences cross channel (mobile, tablet and desktop)

– Be a passionate advocate for the user, ground ideas in data driven solutions by partnering with our User Experience Research team to incorporate customer insights and principles throughout the creative process.

– Conceptualising original ideas based on user research, user studies and evaluation that bring simplicity to complex design requirements.

– Creating, communicating and follow design guidelines, patterns, and libraries

– Documenting the user experience through mock-ups, design specs, and prototype demos

– Creating wireframes, user flows/journeys, and site maps that communicate interaction design concepts

– Executing UX and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

– Presenting design solutions to internal teams and business stakeholders

– Ability to learn quickly and take initiatives

– Clear understanding of core UX principles (UI design, information architecture, and product definition etc.)

– Experience working in direct collaboration with product leadership, development managers, and business stakeholders

– Experience with scrum and agile development environments

– Skill in combing through analytics and behavioural insights to generate new experiments and opportunities to improve our products and differentiate the user experience

– Clear and confident communicator with an affinity for visual storytelling , knows how to communicate with team, peers, and business leads

– Profound capacity to turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences

– Fluency with design tools, most notably Figma, XD, Miro, Airtable and other UX & prototyping software

– Ability to create both high & low fidelity prototypes

– Excellent presentation and documentation skills

– Strong portfolio that demonstrates skills in User Experience processes and techniques
