Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare program management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare system and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Project management certification (preferred).
- Ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
