IT Support Specialist - Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Window, MS Office, Sharepoint, VPNs
- Install and set up software and hardware.
- Take care of servers and technology tools.
- Create user accounts and set up workstations.
- Keep an eye on how well systems are working and fix them if needed.
- Solve problems and make sure our systems are safe.
- Update systems and show others how to use new technology.
- Create a handy guide with technical information and rules.
IT Support Specialist - Bonus Points Requirements:
- Can handle Docker and cloud services well.
- Know more than one programming language (like Go, Python, or Bash).
- Understand databases, networks, and keeping things secure.
- Can automate work processes using GitLab.
