A Robotics Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing robotic systems and components. They work in various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, defense, and aerospace, to create robots that perform specific tasks, such as assembly line work or medical procedures. Robotics Engineers must have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles to design and build effective robots.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and testing robotic systems and components.
- Creating schematics, 3D models, and simulations to visualize robot designs.
- Selecting and integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components to build complete robots.
- Writing and testing software code to control robot movements and behaviors.
- Troubleshooting and debugging robotic systems to identify and fix issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to ensure that robots meet project requirements.
- Staying current with industry trends and advancements in robotic technology.

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
- Experience with robotics simulation software, such as ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and other robotic components.
- Experience with robotic system integration and testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
