Job Description
- Large NSW Government Organisation
- Up to $615.84 per day + Super
- 8-month Contract
Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Employee Feedback Senior Advisor to join their team.
The Employee Feedback Senior Advisor analyses employee feedback and develops and implements initiatives to shape and deliver the overall employee listening strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to advance departmental understanding of the Employee Experience.
- Apply advanced techniques and methodology in the analysis and evaluation of research data to identify significant employee experience issues.
- Provide insights and advice on the development of initiatives to address associated issues and support an engaged and high performing workforce.
- Implement processes and procedures to support the delivery of projects and initiatives to meet the objectives of the Employee Listening Strategy.
- Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to sustain support for the projects and initiatives to enhance the Employee Experience.
- Provide reports on the progress of projects and initiatives in meeting agreed objectives, including identified risks and associated mitigation strategies, to inform management decision making.
Selection Criteria:
- Significant experience in data research and analysis
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people
On offer is a 8 - month contract at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
