Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a techno-commercial solution provider in Electrical/Lighting products in Doha, Qatar. Our client is looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager to help the company expand their clientele in Qatar.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Setting up and expanding the companys products in the region
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role with Lighting Products/Solutions
- Prior experience in the Qatari market is a must
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Experience is a preference
- Candidate should be open to frequent travel across Qatar
