Product Manager

Product Development and Roadmap:

• Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionalities that enhance user experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and data analytics, IT and Development teams. to define and prioritize product features
• Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning it with business priorities and customer needs

User Experience and Conversion Optimization:

• Champion customer-centric design principles to optimize the user experience across all digital touchpoints
• Utilize data-driven insights and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement A/B testing strategies to increase conversion rates

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders
• Use data-driven analysis to inform decision-making, monitor product performance, and identify areas for optimization

Team work and Development:

• Work with a team of product managers, UX/UI designers, and other product-related specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure the team's continuous growth and success

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product strategies with overall business objectives
• Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to key stakeholders at regular intervals

Base Requirement: 3+ years in a similar Product Management Role

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in product management, with significant experience in ecommerce and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce business models, customer behavior, and market dynamics in the Middle East
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive growth and increase customer satisfaction.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-pressure environment while maintaining a focus on delivering results.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Experience in leading product in a multinational retail & ecommerce organization
• Experience into re-platforming
• SFCC experience would be a plus
• Experience with Algolia is preferred
