Creative Manager

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Creative Manager to lead our creative team and drive the development of compelling visual content. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of highquality engaging content across various platforms/countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy aligned with the companys goals.
• Plan and execute content calendars for various countries.
• Conceptualize and produce compelling video content for YouTube with a strong emphasis on 3D elements.
• Utilize 3D animation and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review projects set priorities address challenges & manage the timelines for each creative projects.
• Oversee the development of creatives product packaging catalogues & new product logos.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
• Manage endtoend content projects from conceptualization to execution ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate content into overall marketing strategies.
• Track and analyse the performance of content across different platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing designs or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years experience in content creation and management.
• 3D Video experience is must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content management systems and design tools.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
