Junior Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:
   • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment industry.
   • Work on expanding and nurturing the existing client database.
2. Lead Generation:
   • Utilize various channels to identify potential clients and decisionmakers.
   • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
3. Business Conversion:
   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into successful business partnerships.
   • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
4. Relationship Management:
   • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
   • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
5. Coordination with Outdoor Business Development:
   • Collaborate with outdoor business development personnel to align strategies and maximize client outreach.
   • Provide relevant clients for onsite visits to enhance business development efforts.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
2. Proven interest in business development and the recruitment industry.
3. Female candidates preferred
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
