Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist preferably in the real estate industry or boutique agencies.
• Strong knowledge of SEO including keyword research onpage and offpage optimization and analytics.
• Experience managing successful social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in running Google Ads and familiarity with other online advertising platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Company Name and its boutique real estate services.
• Implement SEO tactics to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Create and manage compelling social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc. to engage with our target audience and attract potential clients.
• Plan and optimize targeted Google Ads campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversions.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative digital marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
