Senior Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with highnetworth clients including local and international investors property developers and individuals seeking luxury real estate.
• Conduct property viewings market analysis and property valuations to provide clients with accurate information for their real estate decisions.
• Showcase and market highend properties in Dubai through various channels including online listings social media and networking events.
• Negotiate property deals and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients.
• Keep uptodate with the Dubai real estate market trends and regulations providing clients with valuable insights.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the buying or renting process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop highquality property listings and promotional materials.
• Prepare detailed property reports financial analysis and investment strategies for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Property Consultant in the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong proficiency in Arabic and English both written and spoken.
• Indepth knowledge of the Dubai property market regulations and trends.
• Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in dealing with luxury and highvalue properties.
• A network of highnetworth clients and industry connections is a significant advantage.
