Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide highlevel administrative support to the companys executives including the CEO and senior management.
  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents.
  • Assist in project management including organizing prioritizing and tracking tasks and deadlines.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and maintain the general office operations ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail emails and phone calls and respond or direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating office events meetings and training sessions.
  • Help with travel arrangements accommodations and itineraries for staff when necessary.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees maintaining employee records and assisting with HRrelated tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in business administration management or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or office assistant in a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Filipino nationality.
