Operations Manager - Emirati

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contracting and general maintenance with a focus on operations management.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of employees.
• Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with the UAE business landscape and regulations.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Arab nationality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daytoday operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business.
• Utilize industry knowledge to make strategic decisions that enhance contracting and general maintenance processes.
• Lead and motivate a team of employees fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and financial goals ensuring the profitability of projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and safety standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance.
