- Programming and operating CNC 5-Axis machines and foundry machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Setting up and adjusting machine settings, tooling, and fixtures to achieve desired results.
- Monitoring and inspecting parts during the machining process to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborating with engineers and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Conducting quality checks and making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and accuracy.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Keeping accurate records of production activities and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
