Support in recruitment and onboarding of UAE Nationals as per company’s requirements.

Identify Emirati talent and salary benchmarking.

Organize UAE National recruitment days / career fairs and open days.

Coordinate interview of Emirati candidates.

Primary focal point for existing UAE Nationals as part of Employee relations.

Ensure employee satisfaction (UAE Nationals) and retention.
.
Stay informed about labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
.
Attend meetings with NAFIS Account Manager on periodic intervals.
