Greeting guests. Working with other wait staff members to provide team-oriented service. Manage cash/card transactions, issue receipts, and process payments accurately. Handle takeout orders and coordinate pickup as needed. Answer incoming phone calls, take orders, and provide information to callers. Address guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns professionally. Estimate & manage wait times and provide updates to customers. Keeping the restaurant location clean and tidy. Any other job that the Restaurant Manager asks to do connects to your job profile.
