Open Position: Assistant Manager, Procurement & Sourcing (Established Company)
An established Company is looking for Assistant Manager, Procurement & Sourcing to lead a team based in the Selangor office.
Key requirements include:
Lead a team consisting of admin, sales support and warehouse.
Strategize, source and perform negotiation for all purchases for the company.
Make decision on supplier award based on quality and delivery.
Market trend analysis to propose the latest trends and technologies available in market.
Work closely with Sales department to manage stock levels to ensure product is available based
on sales target.
Procurement processes improvement from time to time.
Maintain good relationship with suppliers.
Reporting to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Results oriented and good stakeholders management.
Good negotiation skills.
