Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Experience in BAAS and PAAS: A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience working with Banking as a Service and Platform as a Service platforms, with a focus on digital product development and management.

Digital Product Development: At least 7 years of experience in digital product development, with a preference for experience in the financial services sector.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven track record of effective collaboration in cross-functional teams, indicating the ability to work seamlessly with various departments and stakeholders.

Agile Methodology: A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Agile development methodologies, demonstrating a deep understanding of their application in product development.

Degree Requirement: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
