Business Lead

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree in business, data analytics / technology or related field; specialization in supply chain with experience in data engineering, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of business experience with at least 3 years of Supply Chain, SAP or other relevant functional experience required – any exposure to SAP like S4, HANA or APO (Any planning tool).
• Min 3 years in Azure experience
• Min 4 or 5 years in Product management expiernece and on tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with at least 3 years experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Must be confident in their ability to analyse large amounts of data and provide recommendations to leaders that support decision making
• Strong understanding and working experience utilizing design-thinking best practices (empathy, requirements definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing) to deliver digital products and experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members
• Experience with Agile product development methodology
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
