Job Description
▪ Provides a bridge for smooth communication and coordination between all divisions and internal departments.
▪ Responsible for the organization, coordination, follow-up, of paper files/records/documents and retrieval of documentation of the Manager’s agenda.
▪ Process and maintain expenses for the Manager
▪ Handles confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
▪ Ensuring an effective communication between internal/external stakeholders
▪ Prepare reports, memos, letters, presentations to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
▪ Schedule meetings and arrange meeting venues and video/teleconference facilities.
