Lead Regulatory Affairs

Description

Research and analyze existing and proposed laws, regulations and industry standards affecting ADX group’s operations.

Assess impact of regulatory changes on the ADX group’s rules, policies, procedures and operations.

Assist in the design and implementation of the ADX group’s compliance monitoring program to assess adherence to applicable laws, regulations and industry standards, as well as the ADX group’s rules, polices and procedures.

Collaborate with compliance and business units to provide guidance and support on regulatory matters.

Prepare reports, presentations and other documents to communicate regulatory updates, changes, and their implications. Guide the effective maintenance of up to date knowledge of the requirements of all relevant government entities to ensure that ADX is made fully aware of any relevant amendments or revisions to new or existing legislation, laws, rules, regulations, procedures or protocols.
