Senior Procurement Analyst

Lead the review of contracts, negotiations and interface with vendor contracting personnel, ensuring that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness.

Establish a comprehensive contract framework and templates, in cooperation with the Legal function, and ensure that the right contract template is used as per the respective needs.

Provide expertise and advice to involved leaders on all procurement matters ensuring all related issues are being dealt timely and effectively.

Establish the proper procedures for logging procurement and contract information accurately onto the system, to maintain a high level of quality, ensuring that recording and filing are accurate and up to date at all times.

Manage and track variances or deviations in contract performance and take corrective action, minimizing similar variations.
