Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified candidate as Property Manager who will be responsible for assigned Holiday Homes ./ Luxury Villas will manage the daily operations being carried out in our premises and ensure its security. The objective is to obtain customer satisfaction, maximize premises value and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Attract prospective tenants by advertisements and promotions.
  • Build friendly relationships with clients, property owners for the expansion of the business.
  • Design business plans for the allotted property which is suitable as per the client s needs.
  • Collect rents and resolving tenants complaints.
  • Manage day to day operational expenses and collect s.
  • Perform all the compulsory tasks for the rental property.
  • Perform legal documentation and agreements when deeds are finalized.
  • Prepare the annual budget to meet the expenditure cost.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair the commercial property as and when needed.
  • Prepare reports of analyzed and collected data.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or a high school diploma will also be preferred.
  • Proven track record of working as a Property Manager, Hotel Operations or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of local, state and central property regulations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Real Estate law and policies.
  • Understanding of property management and financial features.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Confident and reliable individual.
  • Basic computer skills like MS Office.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Trustworthy and critical thinker.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Location : North Goa.
