QAQC Engineer

• Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality plans and procedures for water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to quality standards, procedures, and processes.
• Training: Provide training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality management system.

Quality Control (QC):

• Inspection and Testing: Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, equipment, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and enforce compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data from quality tests to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Non-Conformance Management: Identify and document instances of non-compliance and work with the relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and determine the root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Project Support:

• Project Documentation: Review and approve project documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure they align with quality requirements.
• Vendor Assessment: Evaluate and qualify suppliers and subcontractors to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Construction Inspection: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay Informed: Stay updated on relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Permitting: Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.

Communication:

• Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, to address quality-related issues.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their quality requirements and address any concerns they may have.

Health and Safety:

• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all quality activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Risk Assessment: Participate in risk assessments related to quality and propose mitigating actions.
