Engineering Supervisor -

We are seeking a Medical Lab Technician for a temp to hire position in Norcross, GA. MLT will be responsible for performing and interpreting laboratory tests in the clinical laboratory.

Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.

A.S or A.A degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited program.

1 year experience preferred but not required.

ASCP, AAB or AMT (must be current)

Responsibilities :

Assist Laboratory Manager with daily lab functions.

Resolves technical problems and takes remedial actions whenever test systems deviate from the laboratory s established performed specifications.

Reviews all QC and maintenance logs.

Helps ensures safety for all personnel in the lab.

Participates in regular proficiency testing programs appropriate for the lab testing done.

Performs miscellaneous duties as scheduled.

Performs and documents laboratory quality control.
