24X7 L1-NOC functions for IP, DWDM & OBN networks, KPI monitoring, FCR, BC, Risk management, Perform E2E incident Management, change management, reporting and analysis,
core Help Desk,
Demonstrate L1/L2 expertise in handling faults in IP MPLS & DWDM networks.
Ensures network and its elements perform with consistency, reliability and efficiency in compliance with the engineering standards,
