Job Description

  • Formulate comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the overall business for both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Develop commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, managing key client accounts
  • Recommend an optimum organisation structure for the sales department to ensure optimal resource utilization and efficient communication.
  • Manage the P&L for the entire business PAN (Sales/Manufacturing/SCM).
  • Lead negotiations to secure profitable sales agreements with preferred clients, to obtain for maximum long-term value and favourable commercial terms
  • Collaborate with product development department to understand the features, benefits, and unique selling points of each product in the portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of expertise in a senior sales role with a large organization and at least 5 years managing direct reports
  • Proven track record of successful leadership in sales management, showcasing expertise in team development, performance optimization, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, leveraging relationships to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
  • Adept at formulating and executing growth strategies, with a focus on market expansion, product/service positioning, and the identification of new business opportunities.
  • Extensive experience in P&L management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cost optimization to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Strong orientation towards client relationship management, particularly with government, banking, and national clients, fostering collaborative partnerships that contribute to overall revenue growth.
