Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) .
• Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a behavioral health clinician in a medical setting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of various mental health disorders, diagnostic criteria, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with patients and their families.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated with the latest advancements in the field of behavioral health.
