Job Responsibilities:
Manages the booking process as the key point of contact for all Sales segments in line with the defined processes
Sales segments to be managed include government entities, schools, corporate events, birthdays and travel trade
Gathers requirements and specifications for school visits, corporate events and birthdays and liaises with key internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
Provides an accurate and detailed event briefing to Operations covering off all elements of an event that need to be delivered with accurate timings and detailed special requests where required
