Job Description


  1. Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers in hotels restaurants and catering companies.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions.
  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Possess a deep understanding of the companys products and services.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position the companys offerings in the market.
  4. Sales Presentations and Negotiation:

    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
  5. Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and client interactions.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams including marketing logistics and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and improve overall sales strategies.


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the HORECA sector. Strong understanding of the hospitality and catering industry.
