Junior Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for each property or project
• Produce high-quality content, including property descriptions, blog posts, to engage potential renters
• Promoting products, services, and content over social media in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy
• Generating appropriate permits for advertising in-line with government regulations
• Manage online listings on real estate websites, social media platforms, and the company website
• Monitor online engagement and adjust marketing strategies as needed
• Track and report on marketing expenses and ROI
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, showcasing their unique features and amenities
• Edit and enhance photos and videos to ensure they meet the highest industry standards
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with industry regulations and legal standards
• Proven experience in real estate marketing, with a strong portfolio of property photography and videography
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO and social media advertising
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 1-2 Years of experience, Its a Junior role.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in Online activities – Online Campaigns, Microsite, Newsletter, Viral Activities, SEO, Digital, MMS is a plus
