KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS • To provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team • To ensure evidenced based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards • To ensure a positive patient care experience by developing employees and creating an environment for team engagement • To manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources in a cost effective and efficient manner to enhance safe patient care • To ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards to ensure continues quality improvement • To ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that enables team engagement • Ensure nursing care documentation is accurate, complete and complies with all relevant quality and regulatory requirement
