- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales revenue.
- Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers and recommend suitable solutions.
- Stock Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Transaction Processing: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a cohesive working environment.
