Ensuring the quality and freshness of meats by inspecting and selecting the best cuts.
Operating and maintaining butcher equipment, such as grinders, slicers, and knives.
Packaging and labeling meats for display and sale.
Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selections and answering their questions.
